Ingredients

Smokey Pumpkin Old Fashioned

• measure of smokey whisky

• half measure of maple syrup

• quarter measure of Grand Marnier

• 1/2 tsp of ginger puree

• 4 tsp pureed pumpkin

• dash of orange bitters

Pumpkin Hot Toddy

• 1/4 jigger maple syrup

• 1/4 jigger whisky

• 1/4 jigger lemon juice

• 1/2 jigger cognac

• 1 tsp pureed pumpkin

• 2 dashes angostura bitters

• cinnamon

• boiling water

Spiced Pumpkin Punch

• 1 bottle of spiced rum

• 1 cup orange juice

• 1 cup lemon juice

• 1 cup spiced demerera sugar

• 1/2 cup pureed pumpkin

• soda
